Your account email, the relevant course or transaction reference, what happened, and the outcome you need. Screenshots are welcome when they do not expose passwords, card numbers, bank credentials, API keys, or other secrets.
Payments and refunds
For payment concerns, include the transaction reference and course title. Review the Refund Policy before submitting a request.
Privacy and safety
Clearly label privacy, security, intellectual-property, or abuse reports so they can be prioritised. Do not test suspected vulnerabilities against production data.
